Clients are provided with examples of words or phrases to keep in their mind during this session, if they need a little direction. A metaphorical imaginative exercise helps the client integrate the changes they wish to make. Counting down and embedded commands continue the client's physical and mental relaxation.
The trancework includes hypnotic rehearsal of post hypnotic suggestion leading to changes. The client experiences positive change and activates new responses, as they understand that these responses will become natural in the future.
