Hello amazing people. I just wanted to leave a glowing review for the 'Fear of Cats' download. I have an 8-month-old kitten and even though I've had cats all my life, they were adults, so I didn't go through the kitten stage. I found that my anxiety was through the roof when interacting with my beautiful kitten. Now, he is sweet, gentle, and loving, but still a kitten, so sometimes in the midst of play, claws or teeth came out. Not to scratch or bite, but to play. He is smart and is easily redirected.

Anyway, I have listened to the download about cats and to say it has been a lifesaver is an understatement. I've listened twice so far and I can now easily interact with him with almost no anxiety. Basically accepting that he is not trying to hurt me, he is just being a kitten. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, as I continue to listen to it every day.
