September 25, Issue 205
Hi [First Name],
Before we get onto the new scripts for September, we have a free Audio Insight called 'How to feel happier quickly using one simple strategy'. If you're a long time follower, you'll know we're not massive fans of the idea that life's just about being happy, but when the chips are down, some psychological know-how can make all the difference. Listen free here.
So the first new script is Stop Feeling Like an Outsider. There are all sorts of reasons people might start to feel like they're not part of the group, but the problem starts when these emotional sets and thought processes develop into habits and become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Hypnosis, as you know, excels at undoing conditioning and enabling the development of new approaches and thoughts. You can read more about this new script here.
Then we have Stop Being Childish. Many of us have a tendency, even while being mature and adult in most areas of life, to revert to childishness in specific situations, for example when challenged or in relationships. This script will help you update your client's behavior so they can do themselves justice in all areas of life.
The last new script is Overcome Fear of Being Punished. Even the threat of punishment as a child can feel almost life-threatening. Because we have limited experience and context as children, our emotional reactions are often more extreme, and this can persist into adulthood. If your client finds themselves terrified that they have made a mistake or that they will be unfairly blamed for something that's their fault, this script may well help.
And finally, we've upgraded Overcome Pre-Game Nerves in an aim to help your clients even more effectively if they suffer from excess anxiety before competitions, matches or other competitive activities.
I'll finish with a quick reminder that you can save over 30% on sessions and scripts with the Growth Zone. I'll also mention that we're currently undertaking a major rebuild of the Hypnosis Downloads App, which we hope to bring to you in the next couple of months.
Here's to a great September!
