May 31, Issue 179
I hope you, your family and friends are well and bearing up under the current situation [First Name]. Here in Scotland we are still under strict lockdown with the first minor relaxation coming this week.
In this time we have heard from many people who are finding inner solace in our sessions, which is wonderful to hear, and we have been able to respond to some specific Covid-related requests by creating new sessions. This month we've added "Relax Wearing PPE" to this, and the full list of free Covid-related resources is here.
And our popular 50% off lockdown offer continues here.
But of course, nothing can stop the Hypnosis Downloads script team, and we have the following new titles for May:
- Be More Self Reliant - help your clients gain the self confidence to trust their abilities
- Post Baby Body - psychological support for your client's physical recovery after their baby arrives
- Dealing With The Backstabber - help your clients handle this most unpleasant of adversaries
- Guided Meditation - this calming script receives the upgrade treatment
As lockdown is relaxed we all face a new challenge, that of how to handle the anxiety that comes with increased risk. The best analogy I've heard for this is that of driving. As we all know, driving (or being driven) is a risky activity, but most of us do it. If you're going to drive a 'safe' speed might be 5 mph, but that negates the benefit of driving in the first place. So we have speed limits, the aim of which is to reduce the risk while maintaining the benefit. So that's where we are now, getting back up to a cruising speed which is safe enough and high enough to make driving worthwhile. That's how it seems to me anyway.
My very best for the coming month,
Mark
