March 29, Issue 177
Well goodness me, how to start this month's Inspired Minds?!
There's so much I could say given the current situation, but I'll keep it to our specialism - mental health, psychology and relaxation.
For me, the most important thing in any critical situation is to stay calm. And that requires both the ability to relax and to constrain your thoughts and imagination along constructive lines. Imagining the worst - and spreading that to others - doesn't help anyone.
On the flipside, we all have a once in a lifetime opportunity to be our very best selves. If you have the resources, making a list of all the people you could support and getting going on that is good for everyone, including you. In fact, I'd go as far to say that the more time you spend helping others and the less time you spend worrying about yourself the better you're going to feel (over and above keeping yourself healthy of course).
Here at Uncommon Knowledge, we've rushed out a new title that many people requested - Stop Touching Your Face - which is free to all who want to use it. In the coming weeks we'll be creating other ways to help those who are socially isolating, which is most of us right now.
Our other new titles this month are:
- Get Your Game Face On - enter the perfect state of mind to perform at your best
- Creative Confidence - access your creative resources and leave self doubt and self criticism behind
- Overcome Thalassophobia - leave your fear of large bodies of water behind
Upgraded: Relaxing Hypnotic Massage
I hope you are well and are finding the strength to keep calm and carry on,
Mark
