If there's one thing worse than having trouble sleeping, it's being anxious about having trouble sleeping. And of course, worrying about insomnia makes insomnia worse. Our first new title this month addresses this issue because it's often the one thing holding a problematic sleep pattern in place. You can read about Beat Sleep Anxiety here.
Then we have Get Over an Injustice which is a psychological aid to reduce the hold that an old injustice has over you. This is not to deny the original injustice, but to help you get more control over your reaction so that you can move on if you need to. Read more here.
And the final new session for August is Stop Nail Picking. If you suffer from this problem, you'll know how unconscious a habit it is - without even realizing, you can do a great deal of damage to those nails and fingers. Read about it here.
We've also upgraded Seize the Day, which has been a customer favourite for many years.
