Overcome Fear and Anxiety
Hypnosis can stop worry and apprehension wrecking your life
Do you often feel fearful and anxious even when you know there's nothing to worry about?
Are your thoughts and emotions controlling you, rather than the other way round?
Feeling worried and frightened is extremely unpleasant
Your heart pounds. Your chest feels too tight. Your guts seem to be tied in knots. You break out in a sweat.
You desperately want to run away - but where to? You might feel sick. You can't think straight. You're sure something awful is going to happen.
What is fear for?
This wouldn't be so bad if you really were about to be run over by a bus or eaten by a rampaging lion. Because then you wouldn't be thinking at all.
You'd be jumping aside, or swarming up a tree as fast as you could go. And you'd be so happy to come out alive that you'd hardly notice the sweat, or the knots. This, after all, is what fear is for. It's to galvanize you into instant, immediate, instinctive, life saving action.
If you are really in danger, fear and anxiety are completely appropriate - and useful! - responses.
Why you can feel afraid when you're perfectly safe
But the chances are that you are having these feelings and thoughts somewhere perfectly safe and secure. You are not about to die. You are not about to be attacked. You are likely surrounded by ordinary folk going about their ordinary lives, just like you.
Sure, some of them may be awkward characters, or may even actively dislike you, but dealing with difficult people is an ordinary part of ordinary life.
So how come you always feel so excessively worried and fearful about stuff?
When fear becomes a habit, growing out of control
Well, you may be surprised to learn this, but, like all human responses, feeling afraid and uneasy can become a habit. There may have been times in the past when you've had genuine reasons to feel frightened about what might happen to you, but somehow this feeling has become generalized to lots of situations where it doesn't belong.
And because fear feeds on itself, growing ever bigger by focusing on how bad things could get, it can end up taking over your life, imprisoning you in an iron cage of worry.
Hypnosis can break the fear habit for good
But you don't have to put up with this a moment longer. Overcome Fear and Anxiety is a powerful audio hypnosis session that will unlock that cage and free you to live your life with confidence and optimism once more.

People can experience fear in many different ways. When some people feel anxious, they may notice a tight knot forming in their stomach or a pounding sensation in their chest. Others might find themselves breaking out in a sweat, their legs turning to jelly, or struggling to think straight because their mind is racing.
Many people scare themselves by vividly imagining potential catastrophes: that they'll lose their job, the plane they're on will crash, or the party they're hosting will be an unmitigated disaster. If you've experienced similar thoughts and feelings, you might rationally know you're blowing things out of proportion. However, on an emotional level, the experience of panic and dread can still feel overwhelming.
Fear itself is simply the body's emergency response mode. There are times when it's entirely appropriate and even useful to feel afraid. A sudden jolt of adrenaline can sharpen your senses, allowing you to quickly react to danger-for instance, swerving to avoid a head-on collision if another vehicle is speeding toward you on the wrong side of the road.
In moderation, fear can be motivating. It might push you to study for exams or focus completely during a job interview. It can instinctively prevent you from doing something dangerous, like walking too close to the edge of a high cliff. Ultimately, fear is a protective instinct designed to keep you safe.
However, as human beings, we have an incredible ability to imagine things that aren't happening. We can project ourselves into future scenarios and imagine how things might work out. While this is a fantastic skill for planning and problem-solving, it can also be misused.
If you misuse your imagination by vividly imagining catastrophes, your body instinctively responds as though those imagined dangers are real. It goes into emergency mode, flooding you with adrenaline in an attempt to protect you from these imagined threats.
Excessive anxiety and negative thinking are just habits-they're not something you were born with but something you learned over time. Perhaps you picked up anxious tendencies from people around you as you were growing up, or maybe certain events in your life triggered this way of thinking.
Either way, this session is designed to train you to think more calmly and rationally, helping you feel much more relaxed.
As you listen and relax during the hypnotic part of this session, you'll be guided through the AWARE technique for overcoming anxiety.
The AWARE Technique:
- A - Accept the Anxiety: Don't try to fight or battle it.
- W - Watch the Anxiety: Step back from your thoughts and feelings, calmly observing them. This detachment immediately reduces their power over you.
- A - Act Normally: Walk, talk, and act as though you're calm and confident. This can help you start to feel better right away.
- R - Repeat: Keep repeating these steps until you notice yourself feeling calmer.
- E - Expect the Best: Use your imagination positively. Visualize yourself feeling calm, confident, and successfully navigating future situations.
The AWARE technique has helped thousands of people deal with anxiety and overcome it. The hypnotic part of this session will thoroughly train you in using this technique to bring calm and confidence into your life.
