Instant Generalized Anxiety Disorder Treatment
Use hypnosis for anxiety and you can feel calm today
Are you often overwhelmed by worry and anxiety, even when there is no major cause for concern in your life?
Do you wonder where all those nebulous stomach churning fears spring from and how you can stop them?
Constant worry is debilitating and exhausting
Whether you are fretting about real and pressing problems that you have to solve or whether your mind is full of fears and fantasies about what might go wrong, the effect is the same.
You can't think straight, you feel tense and stressed, your digestion plays up, you can't sleep, you feel sick and there seems no way out. It's a nightmare.
The constant state of 'red alert'
People often compare the state of generalized anxiety to being on constant 'red alert'. It feels as if there is an immediate 'threat' out there.
You are constantly on the look out, even though you don't know what you are looking for, or what you will do if you find it. The comparison is a good one.
It's as if your 'danger sensor' has been set to trip at too low a point. Everything starts to feel threatening.
The vicious spiral of worry
And of course the human danger sensor is not a piece of digital equipment that you can just reset with the flick of a switch. It has an internal feedback mechanism that's regulated by your emotions.
So the more you worry... the more you worry. It's a vicious spiral, but not irreversible.
Because the good news is that this feedback loop works both ways. The less you worry... the less you worry, and the spiral becomes your friend. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Treatment hypnosis audio can imprint that positive feedback at an unconscious level and prevent excessive worrying from returning.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder can make day-to-day life a real struggle. If you're constantly worrying about past or present difficulties-or about things that might go wrong in the future-it becomes hard to think clearly or keep things in perspective.
Some people with generalized anxiety say it feels like their mind is constantly racing, and the smallest mishap can set them off worrying. At times, anxiety can even seem to come out of nowhere. I've worked with clients who experienced disrupted sleep, waking up in the middle of the night feeling anxious without even knowing what they were anxious about.
Then there are the physical symptoms, which can include headaches, difficulty breathing, sweating, or nausea.
From an evolutionary perspective, anxiety is a straightforward physical process. The body is simply preparing to fight a predator or flee from danger. Our nervous system, which evolved over millions of years, responds to potential threats-like encountering a lion-by speeding up our breathing and heart rate, releasing adrenaline and cortisol into the bloodstream, and diverting energy to the muscles for immediate action.
This response, often referred to as the "fight-or-flight" response, is highly useful for escaping physical dangers. However, it's less helpful when dealing with modern-day challenges like managing finances, navigating conflicts at work or home, or sitting in endless traffic jams.
Prolonged anxiety can lead to several negative side effects. For instance, chronic stress can suppress the immune system, making a person more susceptible to illnesses, and it can cause digestive problems. This happens because, as far as the body is concerned, there's an immediate threat-like a lion about to attack-so non-essential processes like fighting off a cold or digesting food are deprioritized.
Another consequence is that anxiety makes it difficult to think clearly and rationally. The fight-or-flight response is geared toward quick, life-or-death decisions, not careful analysis or long-term planning.
Hypnosis is an excellent method for calming inappropriate anxiety. In hypnosis, it's easy to relax deeply, and from that state of deep relaxation, you can retrain your mind and body to feel calmer in situations that would have previously caused worry.
This session will hypnotically embed in your unconscious mind a number of tried-and-tested principles for managing anxiety, helping you feel calmer and more confident in your day-to-day life-and ultimately overcome anxiety for good.
