You may have noticed a few changes on Hypnosis Downloads.com. The navigation should be clearer and easier to use and we're giving the homepage a makeover later in the month. We're further developing the site over the next few months, so if you would particularly like to see something on there, please let me know.
This month I am particularly pleased to be re-launching the new improved version of a popular download Overcome Agoraphobia as part of our commitment to polishing up old favorites.
As society faces up to the recession that's all around us, it's not hard to see why the prevalence of anxiety disorders - which include agoraphobia - is expected to increase. When people feel less in control of their lives, they may experience a number of psychological symptoms, and agoraphobia is a common response. We are confident that many people facing the uncertainty of the times will find the new version helpful. The final change we're making is that I will be talking about the new downloads on my blog.
