I can not thank you enough for creating the "Comfort Zone" download.

Over the years, I had grown into a routine. There are many things that work really well in my life and those were of course welcomed. But there are things that I did not like in my life - like a decade of being debt ridden making me very uncomfortable with spending money, now that I have come out of debt and have spare funds. I would keep telling myself that things are okay now and I could "live a little" - but I had gotten accustomed to always being overly careful. It took me 9 years after my first child was born to take her on a vacation.

The routine and boredom in my life was resulting in late night TV watching, thinking up of exciting ideas, and lots of day dreaming (but not much confident action).

So when I heard in the introduction of the download that one even gets comfortable with uncomfortable things, I got intrigued.

After having used the session four times at the time of writing this, I seem to have been unshackled from some imaginary chains. I have not watched any TV or did any other time wasting things and have started to look towards the future with much hope and excitement.

I can not thank you enough for addressing this (possibly common) problem through this very clever download.
