September 26, Issue 194
Before we get onto September's new titles [First Name], we have a free Audio Insight for you. Titled "How to combine alone time and social time to be your best self", it looks into our natural appetite for attention and how it can be managed so you can achieve more and feel better. In our culture, attention is seen as something only craved by children but in reality it is something that we all need, to differing extents, our whole life. When you truly understand this need, it can free you up to be clearer on your motivations and more effective in your actions. Listen here.
Our first new title this month is Overcome Life Dissatisfaction. It can be difficult to diagnose a vague feeling of 'things not being quite right' without the space to step back and see things more objectively. This session gives you this space and helps you assess where you are and how you can make your life more fulfilling.
Then we've got Get to the Point, which you'll find useful if you often find yourself wandering in conversation to the frustration of your listeners. It's not that a meandering tale can't be fascinating and fun, but it does need to be in the right way, at the right time and to the right audience. Sometimes, people need you to Get to the Point!
And our last new title is Chemotherapy Appetite Loss. Designed to help you deal with the side effects of chemo, this is part of our Cancer Treatment Support category, the proceeds from which are donated to children's cancer charities. Also, if you're unable to afford these sessions, our customer care team will arrange for you to get them free.
So, to sum up:
- Free Audio Insight - how to combine alone time and social time to be your best self
- Overcome Life Dissatisfaction - find what's missing and fix it
- Get to the Point - deliver your message clearly and concisely
- Chemotherapy Appetite Loss - get some comforting help with the side effects of chemo.
And our upgraded session this month is Healing Power Hypnosis (previously titled Help Your Body Heal).
Here's to a good month!
