Hello
This month we have an incredible no-cost audio for you - 'How to stop jinxing your future'. At around 20 minutes long, this audio insight will show you how to use your mind to promote success, instead of preparing it to fail. We give these sessions away for nothing so you can get a taste of the psychology we use in the downloads.
And here are September's 5 new downloads for you:
1) Reduce everyday stress - feel more relaxed day to day 2) Be more enthusiastic - maximise life enjoyment 3) Fear of bees and wasps - don't let the critters get you down 4) Fear of sharks - enjoy the oceans 5) Playful parent - really connect with your child
Plus: 6) Stop thinking the worst upgraded, new and improved
Hi
How's your future looking? Where do you see yourself in ten years' time... five years' time... tomorrow...? The way we relate to the future is important. It determines what actions we take, what we avoid and what we pursue. This month's no-cost audio insight entitled How to stop jinxing your the future describes common mistakes people make when thinking about their futures and offers ideas on how to maximize the chances that your future can be productive and fulfilling. Listen to it when you get the chance.
Two of the new sessions this month deal with overcoming fears. Fear of bees and wasps and fear of sharks may seem very different on the surface, but fear is fear, whatever its focus. Of course it's right to be concerned about sharks... if you happen to be in shark infested waters. If not, then you need to relax. Bees and wasps need to be respected too, but fear is an excessive response that actually makes us less effective in dealing with them.
This month's new improved old favourite Stop thinking the worst neatly fits with the free audio insight. It's easy to assume, with all the doom and gloom on the news, that the future is inevitably a bad place. But the problem is that this can all too easily become a self-fulfilling prophecy. If we are looking for trouble, we're likely to find trouble. Which is not helpful. I think this is a very important download.
All psychological approaches, whether 'cognitive', 'behavioural' or 'hypnotic', can only be of partial help if they are focused on only part of what it is to be a human being. We strive to produce downloads that match people's needs on a number of levels. We all think, feel, act and have hypnotic experiences. Therefore all our sessions work on all these different parts to produce the best possible result. I will briefly describe the principles and ideas which underpin three of this month's new downloads in the Downloads Unwrapped section below.
All the best,
Mark

Testimonials for the Develop Optimism Hypnosis Download |
"I found it harmonious to my mind and started really working listening every morning to it" by Ashraf Thalanaparambil
Before getting the 'Develop Optimism' download I had doubt about the result - whether it would give a result at all, would it suit my mind etc. etc.
I found it harmonious to my mind and started really working listening every morning to it. Now, unlike before, I don't panic over a problem or my mistakes at the office, or a relationship problem.
I am able find a possibility of thinking just in another way that 'this is not the end, still there are chances that my mind can conquer this situation and focus on a positive aspect of this event or focus on some more attractive thought'.
I have suggested it to my wife, because it could really nourish our life together.
This story came from Ashraf Thalanaparambil who is a Sales Officer from Hal Ain, United Arab Emirates
