Hi,
Our first new title for June, "I Am Enough", was suggested to us by a customer who finds herself constantly driven to achieve the next thing, feeling inadequate all the time. Now there's nothing wrong with motivation, but it's best if it has a positive component rather than just being a way to assuage negative feelings. If your client feels like they need to prove their worth all the time, "I Am Enough" will help them accept their intrinsic value as a human being so they can be more selective and deliberate about what they set their mind to.
Next we have a popular request, How to Lucid Dream. In case you didn't know, one of the reasons for the effectiveness of hypnosis is that it taps into the brain's REM state, the stage of sleep in which most dreaming occurs. Which makes hypnosis an ideal way to facilitate the development of lucid dreaming skills. Read more about it here.
And finally from our new titles this month we have Traumatic Brain Injury Recovery. Of course, recovery from such an injury requires the full range of medical support available to your client. But in the same way that sportspeople can practice using their imagination, hypnosis can be used to stimulate the pathways that may have been damaged and so support your client's recovery process.
