Lurking in the back of the mind [First Name], is a hobgoblin that can stunt our attempts to succeed in the World. No matter how much we've achieved, or how confident we might feel at times, most of us know there's a worry that pervades all challenges - that we might be humiliated. And this is a very reasonable fear. Being cast out by the group was, in our past, a potentially life-threatening event, and although that's rarely true nowadays, the fear lingers.
Our first new script for April will help your clients dismiss this deep-seated fear for good - Overcome Fear of Humiliation is designed to help your clients connect with deep acceptance of themselves and erase any old messages from their past that might have worsened a fear of humiliation. Next up we have Overcome Fear of Choking. It's not uncommon for us to see clients who have seen someone else choke or had a choking episode themselves. This can then lead to heightened anxiety when eating, which is bad enough in itself, but which can also cause problems with digestion due to inhibition of digestive processes.
