Hi %%FNAME%
How well do you really know yourself? Are we being dishonest if we lie to ourselves but don't know we're 'lying'? For example, if you consciously believe you're not attracted to someone, or you don't feel prejudiced about something, but arousal sensors on your skin suggest otherwise, then one part of you is disconnected from another part. This is bound to happen to all of us sometimes, but when it really matters to know our own true intentions then true self knowledge is vital.
People whose conscious motivations are in accord with their unconscious drives tend to be happier and more productive than those who have the unsettling disquiet of consciously believing one thing while instinctively feeling another.
Your free audio insight for March how to know yourself better will guide you through suggestions about how you can start to discover what really might be on your mind. Because when we become less mysterious to ourselves, I think we can begin the path toward fulfillment.
Self esteem is a case in point. People with low self esteem often 'know' consciously that they are 'as good as anyone else' but this is not the basis from which their unconscious conditioning is operating. And until their unconscious mind and conscious understanding align, they'll be reduced to having to tell themselves repeatedly 'I'm worth it' even though they feel they are not. Our Self esteem booster download has an upgrade this month - which means it should help even more people 'get on their own side.'
We've also got accepting hair loss, which is principally for men suffering male pattern baldness who need a more accepting perspective on what is happening to them, and treasure hunt hypnosis as a newcomer to our fun hypnosis series - because your 'treasure' may be unique to you.
People often assume that 'hypnotherapy' is different to 'psychotherapy' in the same way that 'driving' is different from 'travel'. The truth is that hypnotherapy is just a way of doing psychotherapy, and the more someone using hypnosis understands sound psychological principles, the more effective, specific and powerful their hypnotic interventions will be. Using the wrong tool for the wrong job is, in my view, a very real problem when treating so called 'mental health problems' in the western world. Just consider how many people are on prescription antidepressants, for example.
So let's have a quick look at some of the psychology behind three of this month's newbies.
All the best,
Mark
Notes
(1) Prozac, the bestselling antidepressant, is currently taken by 40 million people worldwide - even though there is little evidence that they actually work.

Mark's Tip for the Top
I can still remember the wonderful excitement of hunting for treasure as a child and in a sense I think all human life is a 'hunt for treasure' in one way or another. So Treasure hunt hypnosis gets my vote this month!

Testimonials for the Overcoming Shyness Hypnosis Download |
"Before I used Overcoming Shyness, I couldn't stand in front of anyone, not even my own family" by Kyle Jacobson
"At first I didn't want to get this download because I thought it was a fictitious site. In fact, before I came to this site I had lost fifty+ dollars to a fake hypnotic website. I wasn't ready for that to happen again. Until my friend referred me to this site I wasn't going to buy anything."
"Before I used 'Overcoming Shyness', I couldn't stand in front of anyone, not even my own family. Now I could walk into a room with complete strangers and walk out with all of them my friends. My neighbor was the exact opposite of me. He is now the shy one."
"I would recommend this product to those who have potential, but to them shyness is their occupational roadblock. I know these sessions can help, no matter how shy, or any other dilemma there is out there. There is Hope!"
This story came from Kyle Jacobson, from Pittsburg, United States
