There's little more frustrating [First Name], than waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep. The thoughts about how tired you're going to be tomorrow, how little time there is left to get some decent sleep, and as if that weren't bad enough the worries of the day before seem to gain extra power in those early hours.
Our first new title for June is Sleep All Night. Designed to be listened to in bed (and without a 'wake up' section at the end of the session), Sleep All Night will prepare your unconscious mind to keep you asleep.
Next we have Improve Hand Eye Coordination. Whether you have problems with throwing, catching, certain sports or something else, this session will help you trust your unconscious mind to do what it does best.
The last new title for the month is Stop Tongue Thrusting. This is a habit that can lead to all sorts of mouth problems, and as with most habits, hypnosis can be very helpful in stopping it.
We also have two upgraded sessions for you this month, Sexual Enhancement for Women and Improve Concentration and Focus. As always, if you own one of these, you'll receive an email notifying you the new version is ready for you.
Finally, we hope you have noticed that things are working better with the App now. It has been a turbulent time with App development, but things are looking much better now and another update will be out very shortly (perhaps even by the time you read this).
