June 27, Issue 191
Hello [First Name]. Our first two new titles this month might form a synergistic pair. They are Overcome Rejection Sensitivity and Stop Trying to Impress People. Being very sensitive to the possibility of rejection may lead to the tendency to try to impress people, or paradoxically it can also lead to coldness and aloofness in order to avoid the danger of being rejected. It's a funny old thing, anxiety, different people respond to it in different ways. But either way, hopefully at least one of these new sessions will be helpful if you find you suffer from rejection sensitivity.
The other new session this month is Help for Dementia which relaxes the listener and aims to build their confidence around memory and recall as anxiety, which is common in dementia, can exacerbate the condition for the sufferer and make things more difficult for caregivers. We've also upgraded our session Help for ADHD this month.
Here's June's rundown:
- Overcome Rejection Sensitivity - stop worrying that eventually, everyone will see through you and reject you
- Stop Trying to Impress People - people who are worth impressing aren't impressed by those who try to impress them
- Help for Dementia - build calmness and confidence for memory and recall
- Upgraded: Help for ADHD - use deep relaxation to build habits that reduce the impact of ADHD
Have a good month!
Best wishes,
Mark
