Hi
Ever noticed how some people are just so gifted? Maybe they are supremely musically talented, wonderful athletes, great orators or super able businessmen or women. When you are learning something new, of course you need to apply yourself to gaining the necessary skills. But it's also possible to pick up, through a sort of mental 'osmosis', the attitudes, approaches and mindset of those who do stuff really well. This month's free audio insight entitled how to absorb excellence from others describes how you can purposefully study people who are really good at what they do and put yourself through a 'hypnotic apprenticeship'. So have a listen when you get the chance!
There are five brand new sessions for you this month with an old favourite, Positive thinking polished, updated and improved. Actually, Walk in others' shoes is a session that links to this month's audio insight. It hypnotically encourages you to experience how other people do something amazingly well so you can start to adopt that talent or capacity into your own life. Overcome OCD is a session for people who feel weighed down with 'having to' perform obsessive rituals driven through anxiety and habit. This session seeks to bring control back so that life can be lived fully.
The use of hypnosis is hit or miss affair unless it is underpinned with sound psychological knowledge and years of practical experience. In the Downloads Unwrapped section below I want to give you a sense of some of the inspiration that went into the creation of three of this month's new hypnosis downloads.
All the best,
Mark

Mark's Tip for the Top
I think that empathy - understanding someone else's perspective - is vital for humanity and is also as a wonderful way to pick up another person's attributes and skills. Inhabiting the reality of someone who is excellent at what they do so that we too can learn something useful from 'seeing' the way they see is a really exciting way of transferring excellence. So my tip for the top this month is undoubtedly Walk in others' shoes

Testimonials for the Overcoming Fear and Anxiety Hypnosis Download |
"...the sudden rushes of fear and anxiety are almost gone now" by Johannes Petrus Du Plessis
Before using Overcoming Fear and Anxiety I was constantly waiting for something bad to happen, you know, like the phone ringing and there's a financial problem or something broke, or any dark problem that has no shape - it's just like a shadow hanging behind me - ready to 'zap' me.
As soon as I am a little relaxed, out of nowhere, a thought and a pang would hit me, like someone up there says: 'You're too cool man, you need to worry a bit more, things can't go well for this long.' Then fear, anxiety, perspiration, racing pulse etc. would set in. And the funniest thing about it, is I cannot name the problem or 'danger' that is supposed to hover over me.
Since I have been using the download, these unsuspected sudden rushes of fear and anxiety started to come less frequent and they are almost gone now. It became easier to reassure myself when it happened.
My self confidence also improved. It is easier to accept that there is no 'imminent danger' lurking in the shadows, waiting to 'zap' me.
I also sleep better. I used to wake up about three to four times a night, often with the suffocating anxiety in my chest which would only go away after maybe an hour of walking up and down and three cigarettes.
This story came from Johannes Petrus Du Plessis who is a Designer from Klerksdorp, South Africa
