July 26, Issue 181
This month's free Audio Insight is now available [First Name]. You can listen to How to Rewire the Anxioius Brain here where we discuss practical steps you can take to reduce your own tendency to anxiety, worry and catastrophizing.
Now, onto our new titles for July. Have you ever noticed that when you do something that scares you it's rarely as bad as you imagined it would be? But we all sometimes avoid doing things for fear of the discomfort it might bring.
And that's a problem, because it's often the ability to work through discomfort that brings us to a whole new level in life. That's why we developed Overcome Fear of Discomfort for July. It's possible (although not always easy) to embrace discomfort because of its inherent promise of advancement. Or in other words, if it's hard, there's often something valuable in doing it.
It's strange that Stop Being Offended came up in the same month, as discomfort is often involved. Offence-taking seems to be a new national sport, and for those who wish they could rise above it all, this new session helps you develop a Zenlike calm when faced with those who would bait you into a reaction.
And our last new title is Talk So People Will Listen, a session to teach your unconscious minds the communication habits of those who naturally command a room, grab the attention and are great at getting their point across.
In summary...
- Talk So People Will Listen - develop the unconscious communication skills to grab attention and hold it fast.
- Overcome Fear of Discomfort - stop avoiding things that could help you develop and grow.
- Stop Being Offended - rise above those who would bait you into a reaction.
And our upgraded session is Ease Raynaud's Disease.
Have a good month!
