I'll tell you about this month's free Audio Insight in a moment [First Name], but first, let's look at July's new hypnosis audios.

Now we've all had nasty surprises when someone we thought was nice later turned out to be anything but. And then the self recrimination begins... "how could I have been so stupid?", "were there any clues I missed?", "how can I stop that happening again?"...

Our new session How to Read People prepares you unconsciously to be in the optimum state for seeing people clearly, so you don't make the same mistake twice.

Then there's Be More Mature, which is for those of us who feel we sometimes don't present our best self, perhaps through over-excitedness or inappropriate behaviour in particular situations. It's not about becoming boring and staid, but about using your ability to be childlike in the right place at the right time.

Our other new title for July is Overcome MDMA Addiction. Using MDMA, or Molly, can lead to behavioral dependency which makes it hard to go out and enjoy yourself without using it.

And finally, we've upgraded Psoriasis Treatment this month, because hypnosis has been shown to be able to help and we've had feedback about a few things that needed tweaking.

Now onto that new Audio Insight. This month's title is 'How to view emotional problems in a new and useful way'. Often without realising it, we assign a meaning to our emotional difficulties. And this meaning can either make things easier for us, or more painful. Psychological challenges are a part of life and changing the way we view them can help us stay more mentally healthy.
