Can you believe 2012 is almost at its close?!?! This year we at hypnosisdownloads.com have been very happy to introduce thousands more new people to effective solutions to all kinds of problems, from increased confidence when public speaking to increased motivation when pursuing their dreams. For the final month this year we have five new sessions but also an updated and improved old favorite: Believe in yourself, which will help anyone on the way to their dreams. Also out now in December we have the new Not invited session - because most kids have at one time or another felt excluded from a group. Exclusion can be hard to deal with or even understand. This download helps children make sense of the experience of being left out and develop greater resilience in dealing with it. Also new this month is Be proactive, a session to help people avoid that 'tomb of unfulfilled ambition' which is daydreaming without action. It also focuses on helping you avoid problems by being proactive before small problems turn into bigger ones (a vital, but often under-appreciated, ingredient to successful living).

We take a great deal of care and time over planning and creating your downloads, always keeping up with the latest psychological research and hypnotic techniques.
