It's good to know what's going on around you [First Name], but today's distraction devices mean more and more people walk around in a world of their own. Not only is this isolating but it's also potentially dangerous, so we've created a session to enhance what the military call Improve Situational Awareness.
Situational awareness isn't about worrying that wherever you go something bad might happen; it's about maintaining a calm, vigilant knowledge of what's around you when you're not in a 'perfectly safe' environment like your home. This new session will help you train your brain to be situationally aware automatically, but calmly.
Now, anyone who has had to go through a long period of heightened stress knows how draining and painful it can be. Every decision can become tortuous, sleep quality is damaged and wellbeing can take a nosedive. If you're going through this, our new session Coping with Long-Term Stress will help.
And finally, something that most of us take for granted - the ability to visualize - turns out to now be as universal as you might think. The inability to see things in your mind's eye has been termed Aphantasia, and our final new session is designed to help those with the condition begin to develop their visual abilities.
