April 25, Issue 189
Hi [First Name]. Well, this month we kick off with a title designed for those who, deep down, worry that they might be in some way 'bad'. This feeling can be subtle, instilled at an early age, sometimes even by well meaning adults. Stop Feeling You're Bad helps reset your attitude to yourself so you can give yourself the benefit of the doubt and take credit where it's due.
Then we have Overcome Teen Anxiety, a serious problem which has worsened recently, with teenagers among those who have suffered worst from the social isolation of lockdowns and the added stress of an uncertain educational and employment future.
And the last new title is Selective Mutism for Kids. Some kids stop talking, and it can be a difficult task to get them started again. This session is a wonderfully gentle story that can work at the unconscious level to help these children find their voice again.
Plus, we've upgraded a very important session this month, Chronic Pain Management. If you've ever been in pain for an extended period, you'll know how life-sapping it can be. This title aims to turn down the brain's perception of pain and help the sufferer get some relief.
In short, April's titles are:
- Stop Feeling You're Bad - get rid of that background question about your 'goodness'
- Overcome Teen Anxiety - some strategies to help the teenage mind navigate anxiety more easily
- Selective Mutism for Kids - a gentle, story-based format
- Upgraded: Chronic Pain Management - get some relief from that ongoing pain
I hope there's something in there to pique your interest!
Have a good month,
Mark
