I don't have an account, how can I get my order?

If you don't have an account we would highly recommend setting up a free one. By doing that, it means you can access your purchases anywhere and at any time, use our free app to listen on your phone or tablet, and it also means your order links won't expire (the download links we send by email expire after 14 days for security reasons).

If you would prefer not to set up an account or use our app, when you placed your order you will have received an email from support [@] hypnosisdownloads.com with the title [your name], Your HypnosisDownloads.com Order.  If it's not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders in case it was filtered there.  If you didn't get this email, please contact us.

In this email you'll see a link below 'If you ordered downloadable products, you can get them here:'. Click on this link and you'll be taken to the Download Center.

There are instructions in the Download Center to help you save the downloads or scripts to your laptop or PC but if you need more help with this, please see our FAQ.
