The 'Approaching Women' benefitted me by helping me gain the confidence to talk to women more than I could before especially hanging out with groups of people. There was a girl that I could never really talk to without feeling awkward or uneasy about the situation. After listening to the hypnosis session I found that I could talk to her a lot easier than I could before and I felt more like myself around her.I would reccomend this download to anyone in my situation because it truely helped me overcome my fear of it.
